6. For shipments, we assume liability up to specified amounts for lost packages(Up to INR 1750), depending on the courier service used.

7. The rates listed on our website serve as examples and may not always reflect current prices due to fluctuations in fuel rates and other factors.

8. Your final invoice will include charges for medicines, courier fees, packing, and service fees.(If the service is facilitated through an insurance company or third-party administrator (TPA), the relevant party will issue the final invoice.)

9. If applicable, customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.

10. Duties may be imposed on shipments depending on the regulations of the destination country. If an import permit is necessary for importing medicines for personal use, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain it(we’ll guide you through the easy application process.).

11. Third-party courier services conduct inspections on items for security purposes prior to delivery.

12. Any customs charges, Broker fee and related expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.

13. Additional costs may apply for specific locations or services.

14. Our support is available through various channels, including social media, WhatsApp, emails, and live chat. To unsubscribe from updates, please contact help@erx.life.

15. Packages are delivered using third-party courier services.

16. Repackaging by couriers for safety reasons may result in additional charges.

17. We do not handle or ship controlled medications or narcotics.

19. Customs procedures may cause delays, and actual delivery times may vary.

20. Customers are responsible for transaction fees associated with payment gateways. Alternatively, IMPS, UPI is available as a payment option to avoid these fees.
