Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:
At Life Pharmacy & Surgicals, we strive to ensure that every order is processed accurately and that medicines and products are delivered in good condition without any damage. Here's our policy regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping charges:
1. Return Reasons: Customers may initiate a return in the following situations:
- The delivered product(s) do not match the order.
- The delivered product(s) are nearing or past their expiry date.
Note: If a product is open due to customs checks, no return or refund is applicable, as this is normal procedure as per certain country regulations.
2. Conditions for Returns:
- Incorrectly ordered products are not eligible for return.
- The batch number of the returned product should match the invoice.
- Returns due to changes in prescription are not accepted.
- Returned products must be in their original manufacturer's packaging with price tags, labels, barcode, and invoice intact.
- Partially consumed strips or products cannot be returned; only fully unopened items are eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Categories: Certain products marked as non-returnable include:
- Temperature-controlled and specialty medicines such as vials, injections, vaccines, and penfills.
- Healthcare devices, kits, surgical items, and health monitors.
- Health supplements.
- Sexual wellness kits and items.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at help@erx.life. Once approved, the return courier will be arranged by Life Pharmacy & Surgicals. Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days.
5. Third-Party Courier Charges: Charges incurred for third-party couriers are non-refundable.
6. Returns due to delays in customs processing will not be eligible for refund.
7.Returns or cancellations resulting from the failure to obtain import permits are not eligible for refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to apply for and obtain the necessary permits. However, we are available to guide you in case you encounter any issues during this process.
